CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Except in special circumstances, we are not usually able to schedule a patient visit on the same day. We do have a "cancellation list" that we can place you on, if your schedule is flexible. From this, we will call you when availability opens up.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

We advise our patients to contact their insurance carrier directly to get this information by calling the toll-free phone number on the back of the card. If a procedure is performed during your visit, the appropriate charges will be added. If tissue is sent out for evaluation, as in the case of a biopsy, your insurance will also receive a separate charge from the pathology lab. If you would like an elective procedure done that will not be billed to insurance, Dr. Baron and her staff will provide a quote for you at the time of your visit.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

Unfortunately, no. We do accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. We can provide you with a printed receipt for any payments or purchases you make that you may submit to a Health Savings Account for possible reimbursement.
